All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. TRA makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, TRA reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.
- Estimate Validity: Any pricing estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice. For orders over $25,000, a 50% deposit is required upon order placement.
- Late Payments: TRA reserves the right to charge a 5% late fee on outstanding balances past the 30-day net term.
3. Shipping and Freight
Shipping and freight charges are added to all invoices unless otherwise specified. TRA ships via standard methods and can accommodate expedited shipping upon request. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
TRA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled without written consent from TRA. Orders canceled after processing may incur a cancellation or restocking fee.
5. Product Availability and Substitutions
Product availability is subject to change. TRA reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. TRA will notify you of any product changes before processing the order.
6. Returns and Refund Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact TRA within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, especially if the item is opened, damaged, or returned without original packaging. - Return Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Certain items, including custom orders and special configurations, are non-returnable.

All products sold by TRA carry the manufacturer's warranty. TRA makes no additional warranties and disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TRA will assist with warranty claims when possible but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment.

TRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use products purchased from TRA. TRA's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
