Return and Refund Policy for Telecom Resources of America (TRA)

Refund Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Equipment: Returned equipment must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items showing signs of use or that have been installed or modified may incur a restocking fee.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  4. Defective Products: For defective equipment, we will provide a replacement or a full refund upon verification and assessment. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or Special Orders: Customized or specially ordered IT equipment is non-cancelable and non-returnable. Please verify with your sales representative before purchase.
  • Software and Licenses: Software, licensing, or digital products are non-refundable once activated or downloaded.

Return Process

  1. Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to returning any items.
  2. Approval and Return: Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees.
